📦 Preorder Return Policy

All preorder sales are final, with the following terms:

– Preorders are made-to-reserve items and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once your order is placed.
– The estimated delivery date is listed on each preorder item. Please note that dates are subject to change due to manufacturer or shipping delays.
– If your preorder item does not arrive within 2 weeks after the listed estimated delivery date, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
– If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
